	Airbnbs new ~~listing promotion helps you to~~ get ~~your~~ first bookings quicker. It ~~allows hosts to easily apply~~ a 20% discount. This option is activated by default but you can opt out (not ~~recommended) before sending~~.		Airbnbs New Listing Promotion helps new listings get their first bookings quicker. It applies a 20% discount to the next three bookings. This option is activated by default, but you can opt out before sending.

			After the listing has been exported, you can manage the New Listing Promotion in {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > PROMOTIONS.

			The promotion is only available when:

			* Smart Pricing is turned off
			* The listing has fewer than three bookings

			To activate or remove the promotion, click "Manage" next to the listing.

			After three bookings, the promotion expires automatically. Promotions do not stack with other discounts. If another discount is set, guests will only receive the New Listing Promotion.
