Airbnbs New Listing Promotion helps newly created listings get their first bookings quicker. It applies a 20% discount to the first three bookings and can help new listings gain visibility on Airbnb.<br />

This promotion is only available for new listings.<br />
<br />
The promotion is only available when:<br />
<br />
* Smart Pricing is turned off<br />
* The listing has fewer than three bookings<br />
<br />
To manage the promotion go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > PROMOTIONS.<br />
<br />
Click "Manage" next to the listing to activate or remove the New Listing Promotion.<br />
<br />
After three bookings, the promotion expires automatically.<br />
<br />
