Synchronising Beds24.com with your Wotif account
Capabilities
Beds24.com can export inventory and import bookings with Wotif. New inventory (currently 3 months out) is added with the same price as the previous available day.
Limitations
Your specials text if any is not updated and you will need to do this manually at the Wotif website.. If no previous day has a price, new inventory is added with a price of $999 and you will need to manually adjust this at the Wotif website.
What you will need:
- Your Wotif username and password.
- The Wotif room code for each room you want to synchronise.
Setup
Wotif: Sign into your account and go to the edit deals link for each room. Note the URL of the page, the number after "roomTypeID=" is your room code.
Beds24.com Sign into your Beds24.com account and go to the Synchroniser. Select Wotif and change it to enabled, click Save. Enter your username, password, and room codes in the fields and enable the link for each room. Click Save again, the rooms will now synchronise. The property code is not required.
Operating Notes: Your Allotment at Wotif will be updated to match your availability at Beds24.com. Wotif requires a price to be set along with the inventory. The synchroniser will attempt to determine the price from the first valid price you have set in their system. It will also attempt to copy and use your inclusions text from this date.
