Under SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> BOOKING QUESTIONS you can determine which information you want your guests to enter
There are default settings which you can set to "Optional", "Compulsory" or "Not Used"
- Guest Name
- Telephone
- Mobile
- Fax
- Address
- Arrival Time
- Guest Comments
Custom Questions may be definded request specific information e.g. age of children, allergies....
Select whether an answer is compulsory or optional.
Select whether the answer field should be shown to the guest as a single line, a multi line, a multiple choice field or a single tick box.
- Multiple choice options must be entered in square brackets after your question.
For example:This is a multiple choice question [this is option 1][this is option 2][this is option 3]
- If a tick box question is made compulsory the booking cannot proceed until the guest has ticked the box.
The questions can contain HTML for formatting purposes or to embed links to other pages.
If you have enabled languages please make sure you enter the custom question in all languages you have selected.
You can change the oder in which the fields appear on your booking page using via drag on drop or using the arrows.
