The "Status" field can be used to specify the type of an item. Examples are payment methods or different VAT levels. You can preset your status values in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT-INVOICE "Invoice Items".
By default the description of the lodging price displays room name, check-in date and check-out date. You can change what is displayed there in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT-INVOICE "nvoice Invoice Item Room Description".
