When you click icon next to the property name you can add a note for this property. A click on under the dates will add a diary note for the date which can display on the Dashboard. When a note has been entered the icon will change to .
You an hide or collapse properties. To unhide a hidden property click on "Properties" in the menu above the calendar and tick the property.
A click on the will open a list with shortcuts to often used functions.
