Synchronising Beds24.com with your Airbnb calendar

1 Capabilities

• Beds24.com can export inventory.
• Beds24.com can import bookings.

2 Limitations

Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the airbnb system. The only amendments to bookings that are already imported are booking cancellation or changes to guest name and email. Bookings cannot be imported if you use the Facebook login option. What you will need.

• The Beds24 room id numbers. You will find these on the room description settings page
• The Beds24 Calendar URL for each room. (see below)
• The Airbnb property number

The Beds24 Calendar URL is as follows with the roomid number changed to your room id. In the following example the room id is 9999.

Note the room id is your Beds24 room id not your airbnb room code.

The calendar will be activated when the inventory checkbox is checked.

3 Setup

3.1 Beds24.com

Enable airbnb.com in the synchroniser and click save. Then check the Inventory checkbox for each room you want to synchronise and click save again.

To import bookings check the Bookings check box and enter the airbnb propery number in the corresponding synchroniser room code.

3.2 Airbnb.com

• Log into airbnb and go to the sync calendars section.
• Use their "calendar import tool".
• Click "Lets Get Started".
• Choose the property or room.
• Click the "Other" calendar source.
• Click "Found It".
• Enter the Beds24 Calendar URL where requested.
