Synchronising Beds24.com with Travelocity.com
Capabilities
- Beds24.com can export inventory.
- Beds24.com can export prices.
- Beds24.com can import bookings.
- Beds24.com can import modifications to bookings.
What you will need
- Your Travelocity hotel id
- Your Travelocity room codes
- Your Travelocity rate codes
Beds24.com
Enable Travelocity in the channel manager settings.
Enter your Travelocity property and room codes.
Use the check boxes to enable the required functions.
Travelocity.com
To activate the connection you will need to ask travelocity to connect your property to Beds24.com
Bookings
Bookings are imported. Cancellations to bookings are also imported.
Rates
To export rates you need to enter the Travelocity rate code in each rate to be exported.
Rates are exported as a room price. Daily prices are also exported if allowed by settings and only if there is at least one normal rate with a correct rate code defined and enabled.
