Bedplus is a customizable tool to help property owners track revenues, expenses (one time or recurring) and generate reports to owners.

=Setup=
To use the connection you need to allow API access

*Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the API Key. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)

*Set 'Allow Writes' = YES
*Set Property Access =  'Owned by this account only'
*SAVE.

*Add a 'propKey' your propKey  should be  at least 16 characters or longer and  unique (you can not use the same key more than once.

*Follow instruction for how to prepare your PMS settings

=How it works:=
BedPlus will sync your property and booking data with Beds24. You will be able to update formulas for each room type so that generated reports are accurate. Once your data is imported and formulas are setup, you can invite owners to view generated reports for their individual rental units.
