If you set "Offer" = None it will not be used on your booking page.  
"Offer 1" is your standard offer to the guest which is always displayed. Only set "Offer" to 2, 3, 4 if you have activated additional offers.


If the daily price row is for channel management only, set this to none so it does not appear on your booking page.
If you want to set up prices for different occupancies set them all to "Offer 1".
