'On Request Bookings' are bookings that have to be confirmed manually.
Rules you can set are:
- Block the room - The room is unavailable. The request will be treated like a regular booking.
- Do not block the room - The room is available again. The booking will be treated the same way as a cancelled booking (it is only visible when you set the calendar to show cancelled bookings).
