If you are using EXTRA PRICES (SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE ROOMS -> EXTRA PRICES ) to offer a room at different prices (e.g. standard rate/non refundable rate, packages) you have the option to set daily prices to override certain dates with a different price.
