Custom values can be defined to specify specific values for this channel only. This will override the values you have set generally. Add the parameters one per line. Available parameters are:

Custom Cancellation Policy

You can send up to three variable percentage refund amounts based on time to check-in plus one optional fixed fee amount which occurs for any cancellation regardless of time to check-in.

A fee of 100 will be charged for any cancellation. If the guest cancels 14 days or more before check-in he will get 50% minus 100 back.

This will send no cleaning fee to this channel instead of the cleaning fee you have globally defined.

TAXPERCENT 0

TAXPERCENTROOM 10

In this example the tax on room and fees is set to 0% and the tax on room only is set to 10%. i.e. no tax on fees

If you add STAY at the end the fee will send as collected at the accommodation and Homeaway will not charge commission on it.

Example:

CITYTAXPERCENTSTAY 5.5 will send 5.5% citytax to be collected at the accommodation.

Note: The "STAY" option is only available for citytax. If you need it for other fees send us a support ticket.

This will send AB01244 as permit ID for this room to this channel instead of the one defined per property.
