This page explains how to deal with error messages from booking channels
The channel is sending error messages which we forward to you by email because what you are sending does not meet their requirements.
Once you have fixed the error the channel will stop sending error messages.
Please follow the following steps to solve the channel errors.
1. Open your email and check the error message we sent you, have a look at the section where you see

2. Go to ( (SETTINGS) ->CHANNEL MANAGER and open the page for the channel you are receiving the error message and click on the top right help icon to open the channel help page.
3. Go to the section Common Errors
3. Search for the error message you received in the common errors section, here you will find what is causing the error and possible fix.
