This page =Functionality=An offer is about the menu SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOM CONTENT->OFFERSprice combined with certain conditions. Offer1 is normally your standard offer which always displays unless you hide it.

An offer is the Additional offers can show your guests alternative price combined with certain conditions. Offer1 is always used. Each roomoptions for example refundable/unit has one non refundable or more offers. Here you can set the booking rules for your offerspackages.

You have the option to sell a room at up to four different prices eg. packages, promotions or discounted conditional rates. *If you choose that your "Offertype" is per property your standardoffers will be available across all properties. The display for offer 1 *If you choose that your "Offer type" is per room you can set in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->ROOMSup separate offers for all rooms.

Additional price rows are created in SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> ROOM CONTENT -> OFFER 2-4. To display the additional rates you have to enable additional offers. They can be set to always display or only when a price is available.You can enter descriptive information and a picture for each extra rateoffer. For example to enable offer 2 go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES -> OFFERS the click on "Offer 2" and enable it.

To Go to PRICES > DAILY PRICES RULES select the room you want to set prices for your offers add a rate for them up and set the offer setting in the "RoomsDaily Price 2" "Offer" tab of your rate =2. You can activate up to the appropriate number16 offers.

When you go to the CALENDAR <span style="color:#fe746c;“ >{{#fas:exclamation-triangle}} </span> If you will now see additional set "Daily PriceOnly If Available" rows where you can enter on all your offers this means when they are not available, the offer including it's specific warning message is hidden. If all offers are hidden only a generic warning is shown for the pricesroom.
