This page explains how to create last minute prices.
1 Last Minute Prices
A last-minute-price can be created using Max days until check-in in the daily prices and fixed prices.
The setting defines how many days in advance a price is bookable. For example a setting of 0 will allow this price to be booked for a stay tonight. A setting of 3 means this price is only available at least 3 days before the first night of the booking.
Example: You want to create a last-minute-orice which is only available 7 days before check-in. You need two prices, your normal price which is always available and and an additiional last-minute-price.
Option 1 using Daily Prices (recommended)
Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE RULES and create your two Daily Prices:
- Daily Price 1 would be your your normal price. Set Max days in advance = 0 (or 1 if you do not allow same-day bookings).
- Daily Price 2 would be your last-minute price. Set Max days in advance = 7 will allow these prices to be available for bookings with the check-in in the next 7 days.
When you go to the CALENDAR you will now see additional "Daily Price" rows where you can enter the prices.
Option 2 using Fixed Prices
Go to PRICES -> FIXED PRICES and create your prices:
- Fixed Price 1would be your your normal price. Set Max days in advance = 0 (or 1 if you do not allow same-day bookings).
- Fixed Price 2 would be your last-minute price. Set Max days in advance = 7 will allow these prices to be available for bookings with the check-in in the next 7 days.
2 Early Booker Prices
An early-booker-price can be created using Min days until Check-in in the daily prices and fixed prices.
The setting defines how many days in advance the guest needs to book so this price is applied. For example a setting of 30 will allow this price to be booked only 30 days before check-in.
Example: You want to give guests who book at least 30 days before check-in a special early bookier price. You need two prices, your normal price which is always available and and an additiional early booker-price.
Option 1 using Daily Prices (recommended)
Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE RULES and create your daily prices:
- Daily Price 1 would be your your normal price. Set Max days in advance = 0 (or 1 if you do not allow same-day bookings).
- Daily Price 2 would be your early-booker price. Set Max days in advance = 30 will allow these prices to be available for bookings with the check-in in the next 30 days.
When you go to the CALENDAR you will now see additional "Daily Price" rows where you can enter the prices.
Option 2 using Fixed Prices'
Go to PRICES -> FIXED PRICES and create your prices:
- Fixed Price 1 would be your your normal price. Set Max days in advance = 0 (or 1 if you do not allow same-day bookings).
- Fixed Price 2 would be your early-booker price. Set Max days in advance = 30 will allow these prices to be available for bookings with the check-in in the next 30 days.
