Trip Connect is a program by Tripadvisor to allow you to bid to have a link to your booking page shown directly on your Tripadvisor page.
You will need:
- a Tripadvisor business account
- join the program via your Tripadvisor account
Full details of the charges will be available from Tripadvisor.

Once you have joined the programe go to CHANNEL MANAGER -> TRIPCONNECT
- Set to Enable
- Enter your Tripadvisor ID
- Enable Synchronise for the rooms you want to offer.
If you select Price (Inc. Tax) all compulsory percentage upsell items defined for the property will be included as tax and added to the final price sent to TripConnect
Make sure you have filled in all fields in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "Location and Contact". These fields are mandatory to connect.
The currency sent to TripConnect is defined in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DEPOSIT COLLECTION.
