Standard Reply emails will open in your desktop email program. The message can be populated with information from the booking using template variables. They can be sent via the "mail" icon in the booking.

  Some browsers default security setting block Email pop ups. You will need to change the settings.
 
For example Chrome: when  you click on the envelope you should notice a grey colored security shield in the address bar.
 
Click that and it will say that it is blocking an unsafe script. Click run this script on this page and it should work.

This page explains how to set up a custom Guest Registration Form 

A guest registration form can be printed directly from the booking clicking on the "Print Template" icon. The form can be fully customised in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT-> PRINT TEMPLATES. Template Variables can be used to add information from the booking.
