A guest registration form can be printed directly from the booking clicking on the "Print Template" icon. The form can be fully customised in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT-> PRINT TEMPLATES.  [[Template Variables]] can be used to add information from the booking.
Standard Reply Emails are simple pre canned Emails which can be sent to guests from your desktop email program. They can use [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking. They are sent through your own desktop Email programme via the envelope icon in the booking. You will see sent standard replies in the "Sent" box of your Email programme.
 
== Trouble Shooting ==
Some browsers block pop up Email. If your Email programme does not open when you click on an envelope icon you might need to change your browser settings.
 
Some Email programmes limit the number of characters. You will need to shorten the message to accommodate the capabilities or your Email system.
