Use only pictures you have uploaded on SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> PICTURES. Your booking page is a secure page. Inserting pictures form other locations will cause your page to loose the secure status.
You can include pictures you have uploaded at  {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)BOOKING ENGINE > PICTURES using HTML image tags <IMG>.
