*bnb: allowed property types are -  "Bed and Breakfast", "Farmhouse", "Lodge", "Casa Particular"
* bnb: bnb, farm_stay, lodge, casa_particular (Cuba only), minsu (Taiwan only), ryokan (Japan only)
*"boutique_hotels_and_more : allowed property types are - "Boutique Hotel", "aJarthotel", "Hostel", "Hotel", "Lodge", "Resort", "Serviced Apartment", "Heritage Hotel"
