Duve’s holistic platform provides hoteliers with a unified guest management platform which covers the entire digital guest journey from contactless check-in, through a branded guest app, a multi-channel communication hub, and an eCommerce/upselling platform offering the right service to the right guest at the right time.


To use this integration you need to have an account with Wishbox
*Guest Experience Management platform
*Contactless Check-in
*White-label Branded Guest App
*eCommerce/Up-selling platform
*Multi-channel Guest Communication hub


This integration is maintained by Duve.


To use the connection you need to allow API access.  
To use this integration you need to have an account with Duve and allow API access.  


*Go to SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT - ACCOUNT ACCESS.
*Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS, enter the API key you want to use allow any IP and SAVE.
Enter an API key (minimum of 16 letters/numbers).
*Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES  > ACCESS and enter create a "propKey" and SAVE.
Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow any ip' or 'allow whitelist ip only'.
Set 'Property Access'.
SAVE.
