Routines
This page is about the menu (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ROUTINES
A Routine is an action which can be programmed to occur at specified date. It will send a pre-canned Email with an attachment to a fixed Email address.
To use this function you need to set the system to use you own Email address for sending in SETTINGS->ACCOUNT->OUTGOING EMAIL.
Enter your criteria for sending and attachment then press SAVE. A click on "Send Email now" will sent the EMail with the attachment straight way.
For further instructions use the context help next to the settings (? icons) next to the settings.
