*Set up an Auto Action to select the bookings which will be sent to Mailchimp. Set "Trigger Action" = automatic.

Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)~~APPS & INTEGRATION~~ > MAILCHIMP

*Select the auto action id from the drop down list - Auto Action to specify bookings to send

*Enter the Mailchimp API key
