Minut

Minut offers the host an automated guest messaging service in case noise levels have been detected that exceed the set threshold. Guest data can be entered manually, but to automate this process, Minut integrates with Beds24 so that guest contact information can be retrieved automatically.

The connection is maintained by Minut.

Setup

To use the connection you need to allow API access which will allow Minut to import from Beds24.

Step 1. Allow API access

• Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
• Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the API Key. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)
• Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow whitelist IP only'.
• IP Whitelist = 34.210.109.50 52.27.242.23 52.88.133.148 54.68.231.215
• Set 'Allow Writes' = YES
• Set Property Access = 'Owned by this account only'
• SAVE.

Step 2. Set your property keys

• Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS.
• Add a 'propKey' your propKey should be at least 16 characters or longer and unique (you can not use the same key more than once.
• SAVE
• Repeat for each property you want to connect.

Step 3. Enter your keys in Minut

Log into your Minut account

• Go into the "Integration" tab on the side
• Choose your PMS Beds 24
• Click "Set up" and then "Connect" to connect your Minut account to your Beds 24 account
• Please read and accept the terms
• Finally, you need to add your Beds 24 information to finalize the connection between your Beds 24 and Minut account.
