You may offer extra services to your guest at the time of booking, perhaps bicycle hire, a sightseeing trip, meal, parking etc.
- Optional will let your guest add an item
- Optional Qty in which case the guest can freely enter the quantity of this item they would like to book.
- optional % items are added as a percentage of the bill
Obligatory items will be automatically added to the booking and cannot be removed by the guest. An example would be an end of stay cleaning charge.
- Obligatory will add this item to the bill
- Obligatory % items are added as a percentage of the bill, an example would be tax charges.In this case enter the percentage in the Price field and the Per and Period fields are ignored.
