If you want to restrict access so the agent can only see their bookings you need to use a virtual property
A sub account with the role "Agent" can access to the CALENDAR only. He can add and manage own bookings if he as write access to a property. Bookings from other sources only show as blocked dates.
 
1. Copy the property in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES to use it as virtual property.
 
2. Go to  SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->DEPENDENCIES.
 
3. Choose the virtual room and set  “Requires availability” =  the corresponding room in the "real" property.
 
3. Go to  SUBACCOUNT->MANAGE ACCOUNT and click on "Manage Property" for the virtual property. In "Make Property Available in Multiple Accounts" set the virtual property to be available in the agent sub account.
