You define your booking rules under SETTINGS->PROPERTIES -> BOOKING RULES. You can override the default you set there for this particular rate to:
- No Deposit - automatic confirmed booking with no deposit
- Request Only - booking to be confirmed manually
- Request CC - request only with Credit Card collection
- Collect CC - number collected but not charged
- Deposit Payment 1 - auto confirmed with deposit payment
- Deposit Payment 2 - auto confirmed with deposit payment
