You can define search criteria for your properties to control how they get displayed.
Search terms (tags) are used for search and sort functions on the property list pages. Enter search terms separated by a comma. Properties can tick the search terms which apply to them.
If you set them as a "Selector", the page will only show properties that match the selected value.
If you set them as check boxes the page shows all the properties but orders them with the best match at the top. The more matching check boxes the higher the property.
