This page explains how to set up and send fees and taxes

Some channels/OTAs allow Feeds & Taxes to be sent from Beds24.

Check the HELP page for each channel for the specific rules/values.

General

Airbnb	Custom fees can be sent to Airbnb	(SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > SPECIFIC CONTENT > CUSTOM. Use the context help for details.	(SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > MAPPING > Sync Type = Limited/Everything SYNC Type = Prices & Availability in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > MAPPING will NOT send the Fees & Taxes to Airbnb, you need to setup in Airbnb Extranet.
Booking.com	Custom fees can be sent to Booking.com	*Other fees and taxes in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER -> BOOKING.COM -> SPECIFIC PROPERTY CONTENT in "Custom". Use the context help for details. VAT will be sent according to the VAT amount you have set in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES -> BOOKING RULES.	Your Booking.com connection must be activated for CONTENT.
Expedia	Per Day Pricing	Price = 1 person, no "Extra Person Price"	Enter Bed/person Price in the calendar
Google Ads	Upsell items activated for your Booking page will be included.	(SETTINGS) > BOOKING ENGINE > UPSELL ITEMS.	If you have obligatory taxes or fees, these will be sent in addition to the price to create the effective end price.
HomeToGo	Custom fees can be sent to HomeToGo	Taxes and fees can be added in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > HOMETOGO > SPECIFIC ROOM CONTENT under "Custom". Use the context help for detailed instructions.	*Taxes and fees can apply as a flat fee, a percentage, per day or per guest. You can choose taxes and fees to be "stay collected". In this case they will not be added to the booking price. A Cleaning fee is required by Hometogo and if it is not set by one of these methods a value of zero will automatically be sent. You can enter the cleaning fee in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER- > PROPERTY CONTENT->ROOM CONTENT.
Marriott	Fees can be sent from Beds24	Use the context help for details. (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > MARRIOTT > SPECIFIC CONTENT under "Custom".
TripAdvisor Rentals	Fees can be sent from Beds24	Cleaning fee and Security Deposit can be set in (SETTINGS) >CHANNEL MANAGER > PROPERTY CONTENT > ROOM CONTENT. Use the context help for details.	A tax percentage for taxes which are not included in the price can be entered in (SETTINGS) >CHANNEL MANAGER >TRIPADVISOR RENTALS > SPECIFIC CONTENT.
Trivago	Fees & Taxes can be sent from Beds24	Tax If you want to send obligatory additional taxes to Trivago make sure they are set up as "obligatory tax" in (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > UPSELL ITEMS. Extra fees All remaining obligatory upsell items defined in (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE >UPSELL ITEMS except for the ones set to "refundable" will be sent. VAT VAT is sent as a separate item. The VAT is calculated on prices taxes and extra fees as per you VAT setting in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > DESCRIPTION > VAT RATE %.
VRBO/Homeaway	Fees can be sent from Beds24	Taxes and fees can be added in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > VRBO.COM > SPECIFIC ROOM CONTENT under "Custom".	*Taxes and fees can apply as a flat fee, a percentage, per day or per guest. You can choose taxes and fees to be "stay collected". In this case they will not be added to the booking price. Use the context help for detailed instructions. A Cleaning fee is required by Vrbo and if it is not set by one of these methods a value of zero will automatically be sent. You can enter the cleaning fee in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > PROPERTY CONTENT >ROOM CONTENT.
