This setting defines the order rooms are displayed on the booking page.

show the rooms as per the sell priority setting.
show available rooms by sell priority and unavailable rooms at the bottom.
show available rooms by increasing or decreasing price order and unavailable rooms at the bottom
hide unavailable rooms.
