*Create the virtual room by making a copy of the real room at the SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS menu.
Go to PROPERTIES -> ROOMS -> SETUP DEPENDENCIES and set set:
*in Availabilty "sell priority" = "hidden"
*in Dependency "Requires Availability" = real room
