"Booking Info Codes" are used to mark bookings with certain criteria so they can be selected for example for reports or Auto Actions. Some info codes are automatically added from information the channel sends. You can also apply info codes yourself. The options defined here will be available for selection in the "Info tab" of the booking.

Create a list of booking info codes, one per line.

Text codes:

Each code can be a maximum of 20 characters and should be one word (no spaces) in capitals.

Icons:

If you want to enhance display of bookings in the calendar you can use info codes to add icons. Supported are all free solid Font Awesome icons. Enter I- followed by the icon name :

I-money-bill

I-bell

Note: In order to show icons "Booking Show Icons" needs to be set to yes. 

These info codes can be selected from the booking info tab and used to filter bookings in various views like custom reports or to trigger auto actions.
