Bedplus
General Information
Bedplus is a customizable tool to help property owners track revenues, expenses (one time or recurring) and generate reports to owners.
Setup
To use the connection you need to allow API access
Step 1. Allow API access
- Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
- Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the API Key. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)
- Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow whitelist IP only'.
- IP Whitelist = 159.89.246.242 167.71.254.30 185.52.2.198
- Set 'Allow Writes' = YES
- Set Property Access = 'Owned by this account only'
- SAVE.
Step 2. Set your property keys
- Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS.
- Add a 'propKey' your propKey should be at least 16 characters or longer and unique (you can not use the same key more than once.
- SAVE
- Repeat for each property you want to connect.
Step 3. Setup in B
- Login to BedPlus
- Click on Gear Icon > PMS
- Click on "Add" Button
- Follow instruction for how to prepare your PMS settings
- Add your API key and default values
- Click the "Sync Properties" button
- Click the "Sync Bookings" button
