2 Occupancy based prices for channels

Many channel support prices for different occupancies. If you are using the channel manger check the channels capabilities before you set up your prices.

These are the options to send prices for multiple occupancies:

1. Occupancy Prices at the OTAs

Some OTAs support occupancy prices. If you have set up occupancy prices in Beds24 these will then send but please note that "Extra Person" prices set in rates and "Extra Child" prices will never send. Extra person prices in the Daily Prices will send.

2. . Derived Prices (not recommended for Booking.com, Expedia and all other OTAs which support occupancy prices)

The channel auto calculates different occupancies from one standard rate. Ask your your rep to set this up. This option means you only need to send one rate from Beds24 to the channel and channel will auto-calculate the other rate options.

3. Multiple Rate Ids

The channel sets up multiple rate ids for each room, each with pre-defined booking conditions. Beds24 can map a different Beds24 rate or offer to each rate id.

For more information refer to the specific channel help page for information.

Note: Check the channels help pages for detailed information.
