Notes and information from external systems
This page explains how to make notes, manage tasks and integrate external content
1 Notes
You have the option to make general notes, notes for certain dates, notes for rooms and notes in bookings.
- Add a "Notes" module form the "Communications menu to your DASHBOARD. Click here for more information on how to customise dashboards.
- Notes to a room can be added in the CALENDAR. Click here for more information on how to use room notes.
- Use the "Diary" function in the CALENDAR to make notes for specific days. Click here for more information on how to use room notes.
- Use the "Notes" in bookings to make notes for in a specific booking. Click here for more information on how to manage bookings.
2 External Content
You can use the "Notes" module on the Dashboard to embed content from an external system in an iFrame.
