The Time Window sets the period the action is allowed to trigger.
After the Time Window has elapsed the action will no longer trigger.
The Time Window begins at the initial Trigger Time.
If an event execution is set to allow repeats or the action does not trigger immediately, it will be re-tested for a valid trigger condition for the duration of the Time Window value.
