General Information

Beyond is a Revenue Management Platform for short-term rental owners and managers to get, grow, and keep revenue. Thier easy-to-use platform includes a dynamic, demand-driven pricing tool paired with extensive market data

To use this integration you will need to sign up for an account with Beyond

For Beds24 normal channel manager fees apply.

Capabilities

Beyond sends one price per day and can send a minimum stay.

Set up

Step 1: Activate Rooms

Go to (SETTINGS) APPS & INTEGRATIONS > BEYOND set "Synchronization" = enable for all rooms you want to connect to Beyond

Step 2: Get your Beds24 owner ID

Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT and copy your Beds24 Account Number (Owner id).

Step 3: Connect in Beyond

• Log into Beyond, click on the "Link Another Account" button and click on the "Beds24" icon.
• Paste the Beds24 Account Number (Owner ID) and click "Link Account".

How it works

Beyond reads daily prices from Beds24. They use this data to calculate prices for future dates and sends these as daily prices as Beds24.

Beyond sends one price per day and can send a minimum stay.

If required you can set up additional daily prices in Beds24 with other minimum stays and offsets which you link to the price sent from Beyond.

Troubleshooting

Common Problems

Minimum stay or Price from Beyond is not updating in Beds24

• Price from Beyond will update 'Daily Price 1' (it is not possible to change this)

• Check the value you have set in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ROOMS > SETUP

• Leave Minimum Stay = 1 and Minimum Price = 0.00 (or your minimum) Beyond can NOT cut/reduce these values.

• PRICES > DAILY PRICE RULES set the details, rules.

• Leave Minimum Stay as 1 (or your minimum) Beyond can NOT cut/reduce these values.

Disconnect

To stop Beds24 sending go to (SETTINGS) APPS & INTEGRATIONS > BEYOND and disable the rooms/rentals you want to disconnect.
