The agent code is a parameter that can be included in the URL of your booking page to show special prices. When your booking page is opened with &agent=AGENT_CODE_SETTING included in the URL, any rates which have the channel " - agents" will be included in the calculation of the price. By creating different rates with and without the agent channel activated you can show different prices depending on the URL which opens the booking page.
