1 Capabilities

• Beds24.com can export inventory.
• Beds24.com can import bookings.
• Beds24.com can import booking modifications.
• Beds24.com can import booking cancellations.

2 Limitations

• Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the airbnb system.
• AirBnB initiate the inventory update by iCal, we cannot control how often they update their calendar.

3 What you will need

• The Beds24 Calendar URL for each room as shown on the channel manager settings page.

AirBnB will read the Beds24 Calendar URL to import inventory information from Beds24.

The URL is as follows with the roomid number changed to your Beds24 room id. In the following example the room id is 99999.

http://www.beds24.com/api/airbnb.com/ical.ics?roomid=99999

Note the room id is your Beds24 room id not your AirBnB room number.

You will find your room id numbers in the Beds24 room setup menus.

The calendar URL will only be activated when the inventory checkbox is checked.

• Your Airbnb room number

When you view your listing at AirBnB, the number in the URL is your AirBnB room number.

4 Setup

4.1 Beds24.com

Check (tick) the Inventory checkbox to send your Beds24 availability calendar to Airbnb.

To import bookings enter your Airbnb Export iCal URL and tick the Bookings check box.

4.2 Airbnb.com

• Log into airbnb and go to the sync calendars section.
• Use their "calendar import tool".
• Click "Lets Get Started".
• Choose the property or room.
• Click the "Other" calendar source.
• Click "Found It".
• Enter the Beds24 Calendar URL where requested.
