The dashboard gives you an overview of your account at a glance. You can see your latest bookings, upcoming arrivals and departures.

To view details or edit doubleclick on the booking.

To access Dashboard 2 click on DASHBOARD then add the number 2 to the URL: https://beds24.com/control2.php?pagetype=dashboard2

Customise To customise the dashboard click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and then tick "Unlock". You can now:

-Add Widgets from the selection in the dropdown menu

Potential Issues

Statistics For most Statistics you can change the period you want to see. To change the period click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and click "Unlock". Available periods are:

-Today

-Last 7 days

-Last 30 days

-Last 365 days

Make sure you lock the screen when you are done by clicking "Unlock" again to avoid accidental changes.


Available Statistics are:

Bookings: Shows the number of bookings and the value of the bookings. MARK:

Occupancy: Shows the total occupancy of all properties and rooms in the account. MARK:

Booking Page Views: Shows how often the booking page was shown. MARK: improve description

-Drag and drop to move the elements around

-If you have multiple properties select which property a widget should

-Remove Widgets by clicking into the right menu of the element and then on "Remove Widget"
