Setting/Request Booking.com to cancel booking

Cancellation requests can be sent for bookings where an invalid card has been notified and the guest has not responded after 36 hours.
Cancellation requests can also be sent after 18:00 on the day of arrival.
If Booking.com do not accept the cancellation, a message will be displayed showing their response.
