This page explains how to make notes, manage tasks and integrate external content

Notes

You have the option to make general notes, notes for certain dates, notes for rooms and notes in bookings.

• Add a "Notes" module form the "Communications menu to your DASHBOARD. Click here for more information on how to customise dashboards.
• Notes to a room can be added in the CALENDAR. Click here for more information on how to use room notes.
• Use the "Diary" function in the CALENDAR to make notes for specific days. Click here for more information on how to use room notes.
• Use the "Notes" in bookings to make notes for in a specific booking. Click here for more information on how to manage bookings.

You can use the "Notes" module on the Dashboard to embed content from an external system in an iFrame.
