Set which requirement you have about guests who book.

  • everyone / blank - all guests can book instantly.
  • well reviewed guests - only guests who booked previously with Airbnb and are well reviewed can book instantly.


These values were removed by Airbnb and are no longer available.

  • government id - only guests who provide a government ID can book instantly.
  • well reviewed d guests with verified id - well reviewed guests - only guests who booked previously with Airbnb and are well reviewed and provide a government ID can book instantly.
