Minimum Price:

The minimum price per night that this room can be sold for.

For direct bookings or bookings made through the booking page, if the average price per night for a multi-night booking is lower than this minimum price, the minimum price will be applied instead. Otherwise, the booking will use the actual average nightly price, calculated as the total booking price divided by the total number of nights.
