Airbnb Promotions

The Airbnb Promotions tab allows you to manage Airbnb promotions for your listings.

Beds24 currently supports the following Airbnb promotions:

  • New Listing Promotion
  • Mobile-only Discount
  • Top-rated Guests Discount

When exporting a new listing to Airbnb, you can also choose whether to apply the New Listing Promotion before sending the listing.

New Listing Promotion

Airbnb's New Listing Promotion helps newly created listings get their first bookings quicker. It applies a 20% discount to the first three bookings and can help new listings gain visibility on Airbnb.

This promotion is only available for new listings.

The promotion is only available when:

  • Smart Pricing is turned off.
  • The listing has fewer than three bookings.

To manage the promotion go to (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > PROMOTIONS.

Click Activate next to the listing to enable the New Listing Promotion.

Once enabled, click Deactivate to disable the promotion before it expires.

After three bookings, the promotion expires automatically.

Promotions do not stack with other discounts. If another discount is set, guests will only receive the New Listing Promotion.

Mobile-only Discount

The Mobile-only Discount allows you to offer a fixed 10% discount to guests who book through the Airbnb mobile app.

Guests browsing on desktop or the Airbnb mobile website continue to see the standard price.

The Mobile-only Discount:

  • Applies a fixed 10% discount to eligible bookings made through the Airbnb mobile app.
  • Displays discounted pricing and strikethrough pricing in the Airbnb mobile app.
  • Can be combined with other Airbnb discounts where supported.
  • Helps increase visibility in Airbnb mobile search results.

To manage the promotion go to (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > PROMOTIONS.

Click Activate next to the listing to enable the Mobile-only Discount. Once enabled, click Deactivate to disable the promotion.

Changes only apply to new bookings. Existing reservations are not affected.

Top-rated Guests Discount

The Top-rated Guests Discount allows you to offer a fixed 15% discount to Airbnb's top-rated guests.

Eligible guests must have:

  • At least 3 host reviews.
  • An average guest rating of 4.8 or higher.

The Top-rated Guests Discount:

  • Applies a fixed 15% discount to the nightly rate.
  • Helps increase visibility to eligible guests in Airbnb search results.
  • Displays discounted pricing, a promotion badge and strikethrough pricing on Airbnb.
  • Can be combined with other Airbnb discounts where supported.
  • Applies only to the nightly rate. Coupons and local taxes are not included.

To manage the promotion go to (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > PROMOTIONS.

Click Activate next to the listing to enable the Top-rated Guests Discount.

Once enabled, click Deactivate to disable the promotion.

Changes only apply to new bookings. Existing and pending reservations are not affected.
