If the listing is mapped you can click on it to see further information including any recent bookings with low ratings, negative feedback provided by customers and any breaches of Airbnb customer service standards.
Airbnb will promote listings with higher ratings above listings with lower ratings so this information may help you identify and address issues and improve your ratings.
Airbnb considers a rating below 4.6 as poor and above 4.8 as good.
All data within the table has been provided by Airbnb based on recent user-submitted reviews and feedback.
