Import bookings manually
Via the .csv import can import a maximum of 100 bookings at a time.
The import is designed for upcoming bookings but you can import bookings up to one year in the past.
Step 1: Select the file you want to import
Click on "Select a CSV file" to upload your bookings
Step 2: : Map the columns of your CSV file to the corresponding fields in Beds24
The heading of the table contains the labels of the columns from your CSV file. Choose the aplicable fields in Beds24 for all values which you want to import.
Step 3: Select for each booking into which room in Beds24 it should be imported
Each row shows one booking. Use the dropdown in the first column of each row to define into which room you want to import the booking. If you do not want to import a booking leave the first column set to "ignore".
If you want set the rooms click in bulk go to the bottom and click on "bulk change rooms".
Step 4: Preview what will import
Click on "Preview" to see what will import.
Step 5 Import
Click on "Import and Save" to import your bookings.
Carefully check which bookings will be imported. If you have upcoming bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com Expedia make sure you import them directly from the channels and do not duplicate them.
For Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia we have the option to automatically import all upcoming bookings directly from the channel. We recommend to use this method because for bookings imported directly we will then be able to automatically import changes. These options are available in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB MAPPING / BOOKING.COM / EXPEDIA after you have connected the channels. Use the channel help pages for instructions.
