1 How Beds24 Works

Beds24.com is a complete Property Management System (PMS) for accommodation providers. It offers many intelligent features which help you to generate more confirmed bookings and look after your lodgings in less time.

1.1 DASHBOARD

The dashboard gives you a quick overview showing your latest bookings, upcoming arrivals and departures.

1.2 CALENDAR

Once you have set up your rates and inventory this table gives you a complete overview on your bookings, rates and inventory. This is the area many hosts use the most.

1.3 BOOKINGS

On-line bookings by your guest are automatically entered into the system. You can also manually enter off-line bookings. If you are using the Channel Manager, it will import your bookings from your booking channels.

1.4 SETTINGS

The multitude of sophisticated settings makes Beds24.com very powerful. You do not need to enter information for settings you don't use. Select the ones you need to reflect your pricing, strategy and conditions. Go to the Setup Guide for step by step instruction to setup your account.

1.5 RATES

Beds24.com lets you set almost unlimited rate and discount combinations. You can set your Rates in the RATES area of the control panel. If you have simple daily rates per room you can easily enter them in CALENDAR -> Daily Price row.

1.6 CHANNEL MANAGER

The optional channel manager updates every web site when you take a new booking. You can enable channel management in the control panel under SETTINGS -> CHANNEL MANAGEMENT.

This user manual will give you an overview and explain how to use the booking system in detail.

In the control panel there is a context sensitive help system which explains each setting.
