You can offer your guests to protect themselves from the cancellation risk of non-refundable direct bookings.
If the guest needs to cancel they can apply for a refund with Refund Protect.
This option is only available for bookings with 100% deposit collection at the time of the booking.
The fee you will have to pay is 5% of the booking value but you can choose to charge a higher or lower percentage.
You can only opt in to use Refund Protect if you make sure offering Refund Protect complies with your local consumer laws.
You must present Refund Protect in a way that it can not be insurance.
